Welcome!
Hi, I’m Stephanie, a certified neonatal occupational therapist and certified lactation support person (soon to be internationally board certified lactation consultant!). I’m also a wife to my husband of 8 years (although we’ve been together since 2009!) and a first-time mom to my 20-month old son. As an OT, I’ve been lucky to work with babies and their families in the NICU since 2018. My passion for lactation was sparked by my own breastfeeding journey. My son was born with a tongue and lip tie and tension in his body; it heavily affected the beginning of our journey. I used my knowledge of bodywork and massage for recovery after his tongue and lip tie release. With more research and education, I know I should have started weeks before the release to help his body get ready. I want to take what I’ve learned to help you and your baby! Let’s chat so we can work on a plan to help you and your baby thrive in their first year of life!
